Shipping policy
International shipping is handled by international Transport Company, within 3-7 days time usually.
Your orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the EMS or DHL websites. Both services are equally proportionned.
All of our packages will be mailed inside another box. Please make sure that you are at home for your delivery.
Order cancellation Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. We are usually processing orders between 12 and 24h after payment confirmation, and will not always be able to cancel an order after it has been placed, thank you for your understanding. Cancellation requests after dispatching will be treated in accordance with our Return Policy.
